Connie began her journey in the caregiving field in 2004, working for a large healthcare corporation. From the very beginning, she was deeply passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care—and she quickly recognized areas where she believed care could be more client-focused, respectful, and heartfelt. With a strong sense of purpose and an unwavering commitment to making a difference, Connie decided to take a leap of faith. In 2013, she founded her own company, Connie’s Health Care, Inc. Built on the principles of dignity, empathy, and trust, the company quickly earned a reputation for excellence—growing solely through word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients and their families. As the business expanded, so did the team. Connie carefully selected employees who shared her values and passion for caregiving, creating a team that feels more like a family than a workforce.

It reminds me that every challenge and long hours over the years has been worth it.”
In 2025, as part of the company’s continued evolution and growth, Connie rebranded the company to TexCon Home Care, Inc. This new name reflects not only the company’s Texas roots but also its commitment to delivering exceptional home care services throughout the community. With the acquisition of a Home and Community Support Services Agency (HCSSA) license, TexCon is now able to serve even more individuals and families across the state. Connie remains hands-on in every aspect of the business—constantly striving to raise the bar and innovate in care delivery. She continues to set new goals, develop new programs, and invest in training and support for her team to ensure that every client receives the highest level of service. Her vision is simple but powerful: to treat every client like family and to make home truly feel like the best place to heal, age, and thrive.
